Service Description
This 60 minute session is an invitation to pause, breathe, and truly see yourself. Whether you are here for your first mirror experience or seeking a focused breakthrough, this is a space to explore what is stirring beneath the surface and come back into alignment with your truth. You will receive a recorded replay to revisit the conversation, along with a personalized reflection summary and a 1 day embodied activation follow up to help you integrate what surfaced. The work does not end when the session ends. It continues to ripple into your life as you move forward with greater awareness and trust in yourself.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions, packages, and memberships are non-refundable. Sessions may be booked up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid forfeiture. If a client does not cancel within the 24 hour window and does not attend their session, the booking will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Missed sessions are the client’s responsibility. Memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days notice. Missed sessions within a package or membership term cannot be carried over to the following month.
